Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Balsamic Glaze

I’m in love with my air fryer. It gets food ultra-crispy. There is nothing better than crisp brussels sprouts!

Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Balsamic Glaze

16 ounces fresh brussels sprouts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 slices bacon, cut in 1/2 inch pieces and separated

Trim and cut small Brussels sprouts in half, large ones in thirds. Pour into a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir to coat Brussels sprouts. Pour into air fryer basket. Bake 350ºF for 12-14 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Enjoy!
