Just in time for your Easter egg hunt.
Try this Spring Snack Mix as a special treat for your children and their friends.

Spring Snack Mix

2 cups Pretzel Sticks
2 cups Rice Chex
1 bag microwave popcorn, popped
1 (12 ounce) bag white Wilton melting candies, sold at Michael’s and Walmart
Spring colored sprinkles
Pastel M&M’s
8 Wilton Party bags, sold at Michael’s or Walmart

Cover a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick foil. In a very large bowl place the pretzels, Rice Chex, and popcorn (If your bowl is not large enough you may have to divide the mix in half and make half at a time). Melt Wilton melting candies in the microwave according to package directions. Pour melted candies over the pretzels, Rice Chex and popcorn. Stir to coat the mix evenly.

Pour mix onto rimmed baking sheet and spread out into an even layer. Sprinkle pastel sprinkles and M&M’s on top; gently press in. Do not stir after you have sprinkled the sprinkles and M&M’s on top or the white chocolate will cover the candies! Once the mixture is set (it takes about 30 minutes) break up and package in clear or decorative Wilton party bags. Makes 8 party bags. Enjoy!
