Fresh Vegetables with Herb Dip


Just in time for football season this appetizer will score! Colorful fresh vegetables and cold herb dip are sure to please. Made in advance and refrigerated; this appetizer will give you and your family more time to enjoy the game! Enjoy!

Fresh Vegetables with Herb Dip

Cut fresh vegetables in bite size pieces. Suggestions are: red, yellow or green peppers, petite carrots, radishes, cucumbers, broccoli, grape tomatoes, and asparagus arranged decoratively on a platter. Serve with Fresh Herb Dip.

Herb Dip
1 cup sour cream
¾ cup full fat mayonnaise
½ tablespoon of each: finely chopped fresh basil, fresh chives, and fresh flat leaf parsley
¼ teaspoon sugar
½ tablespoon red wine vinegar
½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon iodized salt
Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with fresh vegetables.
