Anna served this fruit dip at a party I attended. I love this combination of fresh fruit. Orange marmalade gives the fruit a bright note and prevents the apples from browning. Cinnamon sugar pita chips are sturdy enough to use for dipping without breaking into pieces. So easy!
Fruit Dip with Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips
1 red apple (I use Gala)
1 Green apple (I use Granny Smith), ¼-inch dice
2 Kiwi’s, peeled and ¼-inch dice
1 pound strawberries sliced in quarters
1-2 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 (7 ⅓ ounce bags) cinnamon sugar pita chips (I use Stacy’s brand)
Mix apples, kiwi, strawberries, sugar and orange marmalade together in a large bowl. Garnish with blueberries. Refrigerate. Makes 8 cups. Can be made 1 day in advance. Enjoy!
