This recipe is from my interior designer Anna Davidson. She has an exceptional eye for design. She makes designing a room simple. Just give her the specifications of what style you like and purchases you want to make. She then provides computer shopping links for everything you need to purchase online. I love shopping this way! Please check out her Instagram and Facebook page at Homzie Designs.

Anna served this fruit dip at a party I attended. I love this combination of fresh fruit. Orange marmalade gives the fruit a bright note and prevents the apples from browning. Cinnamon sugar pita chips are sturdy enough to use for dipping without breaking into pieces. So easy!

Fruit Dip with Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips

1 red apple (I use Gala)
1 Green apple (I use Granny Smith), ¼-inch dice
2 Kiwi’s, peeled and ¼-inch dice
1 pound strawberries sliced in quarters
1-2 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 (7 ⅓ ounce bags) cinnamon sugar pita chips (I use Stacy’s brand)

Mix apples, kiwi, strawberries, sugar and orange marmalade together in a large bowl. Garnish with blueberries. Refrigerate. Makes 8 cups. Can be made 1 day in advance. Enjoy!
